• Michael Lawrence, Chief Financial Officer of DB Schenker Rail Western Europe
• George Shaw, General Counsel & Company Secretary of DB Schenker Rail Western Europe

The Board of Management of the EWS Educational Trust include the Trustees and:

• Gerry Skelton, Human Resources Director of DB Schenker Rail Western Europe
• Chris Tingle, Head of UK Finance of DB Schenker Rail (UK) Ltd
• Nigel Smith, Managing Director of the Construction segment of DB Schenker Rail (UK) Ltd
• David Allen, Chairman of the Railway Benefit Fund (in an advisory capacity)

The Board of Management will meet every February, May, August and November to consider applications.
